No decisions without inclusiveness!
I am Sevim – 22, Advanced Technology student. Throughout, I was part of various student teams like Green Team Twente, UT MUN, UIF, Living Smart Campus, … and this experience is my added value to UReka! My values are honesty, fairness, and sustainability and those are my guides! My focus this year is on inclusiveness because cultivating an intercultural and inclusive ecosystem opens doors to innovation and progress. The discussion on inclusion is not black or white, however. Therefore, let us leverage our differences and build up on them instead of avoiding them. By putting an effort in understanding each other and bridging our differences, we have the potential to inspire, connect, and deliver.
